GU energy gels containing only 100 calories of complex sugars, maltodextrin (70-80%) and fructose (20-30%, according to taste). As a quick source of energy for the human body allow raising and maintaining performance
in daily practice or weekend trips. The ideal dosing is 15 minutes before the procedure and then after 45 minutes. Some gels contain caffeine. They do not contain gluten.
