The Giant Talon 0 is the highest-end hardtail in the Talon line for riders who want a modern mountain bike for regular off-road riding. It fits into the forest trails, dirt roads and trail centers where you want more confidence in technical passages, but still appreciate the lightness and simplicity of a rigid frame.
The foundation is a completely new ALUXX aluminum frame with more modern geometry and lower weight, complemented by a 12x142 mm rear thru-axle and a tapered head tube for more precise steering.Internal cable routing including dropper post preparation and integrated chainstay protector. Geometry optimized for 29-inch wheels for greater stability, better handling and traction in corners and when braking.
Off-road, the air fork with 100 mm travel and a 15x110 mm thru-axle will help, sensitively smoothing out unevenness. For safer and more enjoyable riding in technical terrain, the bike is ready to control the telescopic seatpost from the handlebars,wider handlebars and 2.4 " wide tires. When braking, you can rely on hydraulic disc brakes.
