Giant Anthem X Advanced SL 2

The Giant Anthem X Advanced SL 2 is an ultralight and very fast downcountry bike that combines racing efficiency on the uphill with more confidence on the trail. It's ideal for riders who ride fast on singletrack, chase segments, and train on XC courses, but want more peace of mind on broken terrain and descents than the pure racing Anthem Advanced SL.

The base is an Advanced SL Composite carbon frame with a new FlexPoint Pro suspension concept and a semi-integrated shock under the top tube. You have 120 mm of travel at the rear and 130 at the front.mm, so the bike can handle tough descents faster and with more confidence, while remaining very efficient when pedaling. You can fine-tune the geometry with a two-position flip chip, and the frame also has integrated storage for things you want to keep with you at all times.

The setup is built to handle fast trails and rough terrain. The suspension is handled by a Fox 34 SL Performance with 130mm of travel and a Fox Float SL Performance shock. The drivetrain is a SRAM Eagle 90 mechanical 1x12 with an Eagle 90 Transmission and a 10-52 cassette, soYou have a wide range of gears for steep climbs and fast sections. Shimano SLX four-piston brakes with 203 mm discs at the front and 180 mm at the rear.

For technical control, there's a Giant Contact Switch AT dropper post and a Giant Integrated XC cockpit with a width of 780 mm. The Giant XCA WheelSystem clincher wheels are tubeless ready and shod with fast Maxxis Rekon Race 29x2.4 EXO tires. Overall, this is a bike for those who want a bike for fast trails and sporty XC, but without being limited by a lower travel or nervous performance in thecongress.
