Maximum number of chrome steel balls

To achieve maximum load capacity, MAX bearings are completely filled with high-quality balls of precision class 10. No cage means more balls and 40% more load capacity. The bearings are filled with balls by hand due to the very small tolerance between the inner and outerring.

Rings made of high carbon chrome steel 52100

The purest steel alloy, strong like no other. MAX bearings use marine grade grease from CRC. The grease will stay in the bearing even under extreme conditions. Even salt water will not penetrate and damage the bearing.

LLU type seals

Each sealing ring has two lips that fit into guide grooves in the inner ring of the bearing. The outer lip preventsdirt penetration, while the inner ring keeps the grease in the bearing. During operation, this system is practically waterproof, the grease in the groove of the inner ring will create a waterproof barrier.
