Maximum amount of chrome steel balls

To achieve maximum load, MAX bearings are completely filled with high quality accuracy class 10 balls. No cage means more balls and 40% more load. The bearings are filled with balls by hand due to the verysmall tolerance between inner and outer ring.

High carbon chrome steel rings 52100

The purest steel alloy strong like no other. MAX bearings use marine grease from CRC. Vaseline will remain in the bearing even under extreme conditions. Even salt water will not penetrate and damage the bearing.

Seal type LLU

Each sealing ring has two blades that fit into guide grooves in the inner ringbearings. The outer lip prevents dirt from entering, while the inner lip keeps the petroleum jelly in the bearing. In operation, this system is practically waterproof, the petroleum jelly in the groove of the inner ring creates a waterproof barrier.
