The external charging function is not possible in the following cases:

• For all models, the BDU37YY drive unit
• BDU31YY Drive Unit: If the Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is set as the portHPP (High Power Port), or if a Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is set as a Light Port and a light with a power of over 6 watts is active*
• For BDU38YY, BDU34YY and BDU33YY power units, if the High Power Port (HPP), Low Power Port (LPP) and Light Port above 6 watts are active at the same time *

* If USB charging is disabled for any of the reasons above, you must restart the e-bike to reactivate the charging function.
