Spoke thread powder containing Teflon, which serves as a mechanical barrier between the nipple and the spoke. This prevents the string from solidifying or being misaligned during assembly. It enables smooth running of the thread and thus more precise centering, it also acts as a lock against loosening and centering of the string. The package contains 24 g of powder and is enough to treat about 300 strings.
