Reservations can be made by phone (379 490 490) or by email (info@spoke.cz). The rental fee is paid in advance either in cash at the store or by bank transfer (we will send the payment documents to your email).

In case of cancellation of the reservation, we charge a cancellation fee. When canceling a reservation within 14 days fromthe scheduled pick-up date is a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental price. If the reservation is canceled 7-14 days after the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days after the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price.
