A unique source of nutrients and energy needed for long distances and extreme performance, especially in racing. Only 100 calories contain 1,220 mg of the branched-chain amino acids leucine, valine and isoleucine.
Compared to classical GU gel, it contains much more essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize by itself, but it needs them to protect muscle fibers during physical performance. Ornithine alpha-ketaglutarate (OKG) blocks unwanted catabolic processes (muscle cramps). Same use as regular GU gel, but with much highereffect that will take you faster.
